Reputable travel agency

When I need to travel with travel agency, I would look for more reputable travel agency compared to those little known companies. The reason being simply that reputation took a long time and a lot of effort to build up and no companies would want to throw away their reputation.

I booked my honeymoon with Chan Brothers because I did not want to have any hiccups during the most important trip with my wife. True to their reputation, every item in the itinerary was delivered and up to expectations. But with the reputation, Chan Brothers seem to charge a bit higher than other agencies for similar itinerary. I still think it is worth it to travel worry free by paying a little extra.

Efficient (and expensive)

Chan Brothers is one of the top travel agencies in Singapore. This reputation among Singaporeans is established through years of hard work. Of course, this would mean that prices for tours might not necessarily be the cheapest around town.

I recently went on a USA West Coast tour with them. All of the 4 hotels we stayed at were comfortable and at least 4*, making the stay luxurious. The food component was passable, but then again we only had 2 dinners provided by them (which some may view as a bad thing since we did pay a sizable amount for the tour).

Lastly, while staff of Chan Brothers is efficient, a lack of personable touch can often be detected. Phone operators may not be the friendliest as well.
