Bryan: The majority of the photos here are of the suite room where Chloe and I had our bachelor party and the last three are the standard room. In 2013 we did a full TSL feature of their renovated suite. Check it out here!

Off the scale
After trying out various hotels in Singapore, Ritz Carlton had definitely left the deepest impression on me. Maybe its because of the extremely spacious room that managed to fit me and my five other friends without feeling even a tad squeezy, or maybe its because of the picturesque view of The Floating Platform from the room that took my breath away, or maybe its just because of the huge octagon window right next to the bathtub that made me felt like I was on top of the world (while enjoying a bubble bath!). I'm not sure what it is, really, but I've got to say that it was truly an extremely memorable experience for me.
For the price that we had paid, the suite-like room that we got made me feel that it was way more than worth it! Also, the service was definitely commendable, even though we had to do a room switch because of a communication error, but the staff were extremely kind to assist us in any way we needed. Would definitely recommend Ritz Carlton!
Star rating not enough
Ritz Carlton should easily be rated above five stars. I was lucky enough to have stayed in this hotel for one night. There was a promotion some years back for a one night stay inclusive of breakfast and it was a good offer. I never regretted taking up the offer.
The first thing to be impressed was the check-in counter staff. They were all very well groomed and polite. I requested for a high floor room and they obliged even though I booked the room at a special rate. They even made me an offer to have a sea facing view room at an addition of small amount. The sea facing room was even at a higher floor.
I requested for an additional bed because I brought my three children with me. There was no extra charge for the additional bed. We went up to the room and was so impressed. The room would be considered a suite in other hotels. It was so spacious. There was a king size bed, a sofa set and a small dining table. The next impressive thing was the view from the full length window. The Singapore marina view was a view worth paying for.
The bathroom was the place that added to the star rating. There was a bath tub big enough for my children to go in together and there was also a shower area. There was the signature window that you would see when travelling along ECP. The octagon shaped window gave a good view when you were enjoying a hot bath in the bath tub.
Someone that believed in feng shui once told me. Go to Ritz Carlton to take a bath in the bathroom with the octagon shaped window and your luck would change for the better. True enough for me, the day after I checked out from the hotel, I struck 4D and the amount was just about enough to cover for my stay in the hotel. I had the impulse to go there to stay again to change my luck for the better again.
Ritz Carlton lives up to its' name in every way and more. The rooms are huge, very clean and nicely furnished. The best part is the view, which is absolutely breathtaking! Facing the Marina Bay Sands, the room offers a panoramic view of Singapore without having to step out of your hotel. What impresses me even more is the large hexagonal window in the bathroom, which offers a similar view even when you're soaking in the bathtub!
Room service was efficient, and so was housekeeping. There was a delay in our check in timing, as we had requested for two rooms with an adjoining private corridor but the previous person had not checked out yet. It wasn't really their fault, yet, they were sincerely apologetic and tried to make us comfortable while waiting. This is good service!
Ritz Carlton may be a pricey hotel to stay in, but it is worth every single cent. So do pamper yourself with a true blue luxury stay!
Can't write enough how perfect Ritz Carlton Millenia is!!!
Beautiful hotel at the Marina Bay area with an amazing view, this is the hotel that I always recommend my friends to stay. First timers who visit Singapore may want to stay at Marina Bay Sands, the most popular hotel in Singapore now, but MBS doesn't provide guests the service of most 5 stars hotel. Worst 5 stars hotel service ever +_+
However, Ritz Carlton Millenia, provides you the most excellent service, spacious room and great hotel amenities, these are simply the best out of all the Singapore Hotels that I've experienced so far!
When I was stay there, all the non-smoking rooms were taken, hotel provided me the air-purifier to make the room more comfortable and breathable even though I was ok with the room condition without that machine. They even offered me to change the room next day as soon as the other room was available, I was very pleased with the sincere service they have offered to me :)
Do stay at the Ritz Carlton Millenia and experience 6 stars hotel service!
