DVF was one of my first interactions with the world of opulence and luxury. I received my first DVF dress from a well to do aunt. While it might be a hand me down that is a few seasons old, the material and colour still looked as vibrant and sturdy since its beginning. I know, as I have a pic of my aunt wearing it lol.
My second and latest DVF dress was the Zarita lace dress. A very popular dress, I must say. The fit and design of the dress complements any body shape perfectly due to its lace design. While it tore a big hole in my pocket, it is worth every penny considering its price per wear. Not that I wear it a lot, but is definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe.
I have no issue with the products, just the in store service. Like any other high end brands, the sales persons judged me based on my age and attire. Expected, really. Touching the dresses resulted in me at the receiving end of a strained smile. It was only when my relative entered that they relaxed. Sad to say, I was miffed.
