I wish I could give it more than 5/5

Having been to the Ice Cream Parlour Brownice in the Sin Ming Centre countless times, recently I finally paid a well overdue visit to the Italian Bistro at East Coast. The distance had always put me off, but the weekend special of vegan cheesy fries lured me over. In my opinion, absolutely everything about it was perfect. The food, the service, the atmosphere and the price, all insanely good and leaving me desperate to come back.

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 plates of cheesy fries, 2 pizzas, a chocolate milkshake and a bowl of ice cream, we like big portions of food and definitely ordered more than anyone else in the restaurant, but it came amazingly quickly and tasted insane. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is always my favourite, but try the specials that hey have every weekend, they tend to be super imaginative and they’ll be gone by the next time you come! I’ve heard that the lasagne is incredible, and each time I come I intend to order it, but the thought of the pizza overwhelms me, so do yourself a favour and try the whole menu before finding a firm favourite.

The owner of the Bistro works in the store, and he is willing to let you try every single flavour of ice cream, make milkshakes for you which aren’t even on the menu, and welcomes you back if (when) you return. I recently recommended it to a friend and she admitted that she’s now obsessed too. More of a restaurant than the Ice Cream version at Sin Ming, so perfect to come for dinner with friends or family, and impress them with how amazing vegan food can be. I wish I could give it more than 5/5.
