Located conveniently just beside Simei MRT station, it offers wide range from local Chinese to Muslim and Indian cusines. In addition, western and Japanese food are also available. The environment is now comfortable with mainly new tables and chairs after renovation. In addition, the prices are reasonable for the food you get.

Time is the key.
I ate Chicken Chop with Spaghetti at the first visit. The Chicken Chop was tender with not much fats. However, the Spaghetti was too soft to my liking. I would recommend (as my friends had done so too) the Chicken Chop with other sides like fries. I ate Tom Yum Lamian at the second visit and it was really delicious. The spiciyness was just right and it even comes with meatballs in addition to usual minced pork.
However, at my third visit to have the "Zi Char" was a pretty bad experience. The waiting time for the food was too long. I guess it was the peak hour and their lack of staff, we were not served chilli sauces and utensils until we asked for it. Furthermore, they kept forgetting our orders until my family decided to just settle for the few dishes that came. The price was pretty reasonable but I suppose the key is to go at the less busy time.
