This skate park is for skaters bladers and bikers. It has smoothen floors perfect for technical skating. Moreover, professionals and alike are able to practice at the bowls specially designed for them. Beginners are also able to practice at hurdles like small flight of stairs ramps etc.

Pit of Death

I'm not a skateboarder, even though I always harbor a desire to learn this cool sport after watching Michael J Fox in Back to the Future. I found this place on a random walk after eating at the lagoon food centre and was amazed by the sheer awesomeness of it. This place is definitely stunt heaven for all death seekers in Singapore. And you don't even need to own a skateboard to do it!

Coming in by the side gate, I was already impressed by all the specialized obstacles and terrain that this place afforded the average skater, or biker. When I saw that giant hole in the ground for the first time, I was awestruck. It doesn't take long for me to jump inside the pit of doom and attempt to climb out again, just to see if I could do it.

I've been to this park a few times since, mostly on weekdays. Therefore, I've never yet encountered a crowd big enough to scare me off the premises. Sitting there watching the pros whizz about like bullets definitely makes me wanna go buy a skateboard and experience the adrenaline rush for myself.

Skaters' Paradise

Xtreme skatepark is probably skaters and extreme sports enthusiasts' paradise in Singapore. It comes with hurdles not available in other skate park in Singapore just like the "bowl" and of course the smooth flooring. They have ramps, blood drawing flight of staircases and mini ones for starters. This is very good practice ground for technical skaters or those who do not like spontaneous hurdles just like those in street. This place also has helpful people willing to teach those who want to learn.

After those physical exhausting and bruise worthy tricks, you can dine in at Easct Coast Lagoon where they offer not just mouthwatering local dishes but affordable too! However, due to its popularity, over crowding, especially on weekends, tend to happen all the time.
