Le Le might have departed from Singapore, but that doesn’t mean the panda craze has ended. The Magical Bamboo Forest at Downtown East has 12 interactive sections for kiddos to run around in, including a Bamboo Forest Maze and plenty of panda-themed photo spots. There’s also a meet-and-greet session with adorable panda mascots.

Meet the LINE FRIENDS at the LINE FRIENDS minini Christmas Light-Up Event. For the unacquainted, minini are a spin-off series of characters from the ever-popular LINE FRIENDS franchise. There’ll be minini-themed events happening, and ball pits set up at West Coast Plaza, Junction 10, and Clarke Quay Central. Families can snap pictures with Brown and Cony mascots, and enjoy a live performance by Korean singer DEAN.

The Singapore Art Museum is hosting the Worlds Around You: A Think! Contemporary Primary School Exhibition. Artworks made by students from schools like CHIJ Our Lady Queen of Peace, Mayflower Primary School, and St. Anthony’s Primary School will be on display, where materials such as clay and plaster were used to create the works.
If you’re all about stunning lights and gorgeous installations, illumi Singapore 2024 will be worth checking out. The event features 9 different sections, including a floral-filled area and a North Pole-inspired zone. Clear your phone’s memory space before heading over as you’ll be snapping a tonne of photos here.
Starting 13th October, the event will also be open to pets. This pet-friendly evening will occur every 2nd Sunday of the month, so your 4-legged buddies can also experience the lights. And with Christmas coming up, illumi Singapore will be hosting Santa meet-and-greets for the little ones.

For almost a hundred years, 3 generations of Peranakan women from Indonesia produced numerous batiks. Batik Nyonyas is an exhibition at Peranakan Museum that showcases the works of these 3 women starting from the 1890s when they worked at the batik centre in Java.
The Oeij family women became masters of the craft and ran their own business selling batik. You’ll get to learn their story and view their artworks, as well as participate in workshops and watch live performances.
