While we’re all up to date with the latest Hollywood flicks, local indie films are, sadly, often underappreciated. Spend some time backing our local talents while being entertained at Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF), by catching their productions running until 3rd December. #supportlocal
One film to check out is local film veteran K Rajagopal’s “A Yellow Bird” (1st December), the story of an ex-convict who struggles to re-integrate into a society that rejects him.
Sharing the spotlight with this and other Singaporean-made films are also independent foreign productions. Check out the full list of films and watch their trailers to see which ones pique your interest!
