Hot off the back of Jetstar Asia shutting down by the end of this month, Scoot is launching a bunch of new flight destinations, so you have yet more options for the year-end holidays. This year, they’ve already launched Vienna budget flights and are planning for direct flights to Okinawa and Labuan Bajo during the winter season.
Now, Scoot’s just announced routes to Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Kota Bharu. Unfortunately, these routes will only commence flights in October, so you can’t book them for the upcoming September break, but that doesn’t mean you can’t plan your December holidays in advance.

Bringing their total to 12 Malaysian and 5 Vietnamese cities are Scoot’s new routes to Da Nang, Nha Trang and Kota Bharu. Bookings for these new destinations are now open on the Scoot website and app, with launch fares from $78 one way to Da Nang.
Nha Trang is famous for their stunning beaches, island hopping and seafood.

Before you rush into booking, here are the key dates you need to take note of:
Put whale-watching in Sydney on your agenda, with more Scoot flights to the Australian city.

On top of these new routes, Scoot is also upping their flight frequencies to cities including Perth, Sydney, Jakarta, Hat Yai, and several other destinations in The Philippines. That’s not all – you can look forward to more promotional fares in conjunction with the sales launch of the new destinations.
Add these new destinations to your list of SEA cities to visit – Scoot flies direct, so you can save on connecting times and hassle. After all, nobody’s ever said no to having more options in life.
