JB Has A New & Affordable Indoor Drift Go-Kart Track With Neon Lights That Just Opened In A Mall

PLSC Drift in JB

Besides scoping out cheap supermarkets in JB and exploring the city’s late-night things to do, here’s something else to add to the list: indoor drift go-karting.

Located in Aeon Mall Bandar Dato Onn, PLSC Drift lets you cruise around a neon-lit circuit in special drift-karts that slip and slide at every turn. The best part? It only costs $5.

A wacky go-karting facility recently opened in JB and has gotten karting fans in a tizzy. Dubbed JB’s first indoor drift circuit, the track is lit up in trippy neon lights and lined with massive rubber tires. It’s also set in a garage-like space that gives off some major Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift vibes.

If you’re not sold, then get this: the tiny whips at this spot ain’t regular go-karts. In fact, these drift karts have been equipped with special rear wheels that’ll let you slide through gnarly curves and drift past corners at breakneck speeds.

FYI, you don’t need any driving experience to drift-kart so anyone can do it, including kiddos aged 5 and above. Nervous? Don’t be. They’ll provide you with a helmet and safety briefing to make sure you race safe and sound. Each ride lasts 5 minutes and costs RM18 (~S$5.17)

Speed, drift, slip, and slide at godspeed at PLSC Drift the next time you’re in JB. It’s located inside a mall so you can easily do other things like hit the shops or get your fill of delish food afterwards. Talk about convenience.
