Ola Beach Club: Water Sports & Unicorn Pool Inflatable On Sentosa’s Siloso Beach

Ola Beach Club

With last few months’ WFH situation, what many of us Vitamin D-deprived folks need is a rejuvenating day out for some sun, sand and sea. Take your weary souls on a well-deserved break at Ola Beach Club, an antidote with with water sports, Hawaii-themed menu and waterfront locale in the heart of Siloso, Sentosa:

Even if you’ve not entered Ola Beach Club itself, chances are you’ve walked right past it without even knowing while at Siloso Beach. From the main road, the beach club can easily be dismissed as just another bar or restaurant along the stretch, when in reality, it’s an enclave filled with facilities and activities to live out your best beach bum life.

Relax on one of their many sunbeds and bar lounge sofas as you get that fresh tan and snap for your IG feed. If that doesn’t quite float your boat, try nua-ing the afternoon away on their unicorn inflatable that you can find in their beach-side dipping pool.

Note: The pool may be closed for renovation – follow their Facebook page for more updates.

Kayaking, stand-up paddling & banana boat

As for those looking for a little adrenaline, there is no need to go all the way to Phuket or Bali for a water sport adventure: Ola is the only beach club in Singapore that offers water sport activities.

There’s plenty to keep your outdoor-loving self occupied here with stand-up paddling ($35/hour), kayaking ($25/hour) and double kayaking ($35/hour for two) to explore the nearby man-made islands.

Weekends carry more exciting options, like banana boat rides ($25/person) and donut rides ($25/person) to zip through the waters with your best pals. These jet ski-powered rides go up to speeds of 30KM/H so make sure to hold on tight.

Unwind with Hawaiian-themed menu and Tiki drinks

True to its name, Ola – which means “good life” in Hawaiian – has a Hawaiian-themed menu with classics like the Ahi Poke Bowl ($20) that’s topped with fresh tuna and sides like guacamole, pineapple and cranberry.

To go with, add on their cocktails, served in colourful Tiki-themed mugs as a nod to Polynesian mythology. Flavours include the refreshing Hala Hei ($18), which comes with pineapple gin and Ke’o Ke’o Tiki ($23) – packed with rum, honey and a dose of Malibu.

Take a break at Ola Beach Club
