When we first covered Play! Pickle Serangoon, the local pickleball company’s latest facility in Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre, we also mentioned their intention to launch lifestyle events allowing people to connect over more than just the game.
This February, they’re taking this for a literal spin, with Pickleball Night Live – slated to be “Singapore’s first nightlife pickleball social”. Here’s what you need to know about the event:

Pickleball Night Live is due to happen on 28th February 2026, from 8pm to 10.30pm. If you have been thinking about a healthier way to spend your Friday nights, this could be it.

Even if you’ve retired your clubbing shoes, Play! Pickle Serangoon is inviting you to bring ‘em back, pickleball style. There’ll be a live DJ spinning tracks all night long, plus club lighting creating the perfect ambience for you to rave and mingle in, in between hitting those balls.
Fret not about the darkness affecting your gameplay, because the pickleball courts will be lit with “professional-grade lighting”, ensuring every ball and move on court is crystal clear.

And if you’re familiar with Traffic Light Parties, Pickleball Night Live has got their very own take on it, with “Wear Your Intention” wristbands that will be distributed for the event. While Traffic Light Parties typically only have just the 3 colours, there will be double that at Pickleball Night Live.
Here’s what the different coloured wristbands signify:
Don’t worry that you’ll have to keep both eyes peeled for kakis with the same wristband colours as you, because from 8.30pm to 10pm, Play! Pickle has scheduled Colour Call Rotations, where they’ll mix and match groups of varying wristband colours every 15 minutes in order to facilitate the social mingling.
So you see, it’s not a dating event that Play! Pickle is organising, but really a social event, encouraging social connection, and perhaps inspiration to pick up a new sport.
Tickets to this event are available at $58, inclusive of a free Somersby cider and paddle rental for the duration of the event.
Plus, if you’re new to the game, there will be coaches on site to provide simple coaching for beginners. Get your tickets at the Play! Pickle website.
Whether you’re a noob or seasoned player, and no matter if you’re ready to mingle, looking for friends, or just there for the vibes, clear your evening on 27th February to have some fun.
