Mexican Navy ship at VivoCity
Remember the “floating” bookfair at VivoCity last month? Well, that ship has sailed, literally. But the good news is that there’s now another vessel, Cuauhtémoc, at the exact same spot. Yup, you can get free entry to a Mexican Navy ship at VivoCity from now until 26th August 2024.

In case you haven’t heard, the ship has docked at the VivoCity Port already. It arrived in Singapore earlier this week and opened its doors to the public on Thursday.
Cuauhtémoc is a training ship that brings Mexican sailors all around the world. The vessel was built in 1981 in Spain before it was taken over by the Mexican Navy to train cadets and officers.

For the next few days, you’ll get a chance to board this majestic vessel and get an up-close view of the deck as well as to enjoy sweeping views of Sentosa. Not only that, there’s also a chance to say hi to the sailors and immerse yourself in Mexican culture.
