While capsule hotels were first created for the Japanese salaryman, they’ve since gained popularity among all sorts of travellers for their unique and compact designs. Many of us revel in the idea of staying in one, and while one can’t simply jet off to Japan now, KINN Capsule Hotel is a new kid on the block right here in SG with pods reminiscent of the ones in Tokyo.

For folks who’ve had their fair share of staying in capsule hotels, you’ll know that while most appear similar, you can actually tell the difference between a budget capsule hotel and a “luxurious” one. In a tiny living space, the quality of each and every amenity becomes all the more apparent.
Lying on the atas end of the spectrum is KINN, with its MUJI-style minimal, yet cosy capsule pods with an assortment of amenities to make your stay a comfy one.

For privacy, each capsule comes with pull-down blinds which you can leave open to give the illusion of more space, and close right before you go to bed. There are also two charging ports, a shelf to stow your day bags, and a pull-out round mirror – to make sure you don’t waltz out of your cosy capsule cave with a messy bedhead.

As for all your other barang barang and valuables, each pod booking also comes with a large locker with a digital lock to stash everything away safely.
