Read till the end for an exclusive CNY chiropractor promo, just in time to rid you of all aches and pains for the Year of the Ox.
Note: *The $5 Weekday Deals are available at a limited quantity each day, at each participating outlet’s discretion.
1. Hungry Bear Cafe – $5 Fried Mantou with Chilli Crab Dip
Chilli crab may be Singapore’s iconic local dish, but it’s pretty high-commitment to tear into an entire crab – shell and all. As a more convenient alternative to satiate your sweet and spicy crustacean cravings, try Hungry Bear Cafe’s Fried Mantou with Chilli Crab Dip available during the promo week for less than half its original price.
For $5 (U.P. $10.90), you’ll get six mantou buns alongside a generous serving of sweet chilli crab sauce filled with crab meat. With their revamped menu in January, you can also expect new items such as the creamy and spicy Tom Yam Prawn Pasta. As a weekday bonus, you can top up $4 with each main to enjoy your choice of any side dish and canned drink.
Bonus: They’re also having an ongoing promotion where you can get a free kids meal with every order of a main dish. Available on weekdays only, for kids below the age of 12.
2. 800° Woodfired Pizza – $5 for a 10-inch pizza
Fun fact: 800° is the brainchild of celebrity chef Anthony Carron, in partnership with NBA stars Dwayne Wade and Udonis Haslem.

Whether you’re a controversial pineapple-on-pizza advocate or a carnivorous meat-holic, you’ll be thrilled to know that the Los Angeles favourite 800° Woodfired Pizza has landed in Singapore. Veering away from conventional ovens, 800° sticks to the traditional roots of baking with woodfire, resulting in pizzas that are smoked to perfection with an aromatic char.
While most woodfired pizzas cost upwards of $20-$30, the prices at 800° are unbeatable, with an entire 10-inch priced from $15. Coupled with the weekday exclusive deal, you’ll be able to carbo-load on a 10-inch woodfired pizza for only five bucks.
3. Blimpie – $5 turkey, beef & pepperoni sandwich (U.P. $10.50)
Hailing from Hoboken, New Jersey, Blimpie is bringing its range of freshly prepared subs, wraps, paninis, and salads to Singaporeans in search of wholesome, filling, and nutritious mains.

A spin-off concept from the famous Daisy’s Dream Kitchen Peranakan restaurant, this cafe specialises in wholesome Nyonya bowls and single origin Arabica coffees by ME THAI Coffee.
They’ll be offering their two most popular Nyonya bowls, the Assam Chicken bowl and Babi Pongteh (braised pork) bowl for a crazy low price of $5 (U.P. $9.80).
Each is filled to the brim with ingredients such as crispy ngoh hiang, cucumber slices, and your choice of chap chye or sayur lodeh – braised mixed vegetables and vegetables in coconut curry respectively. Other bowls include the tender Beef Rendang bowl and Babi Buah Keluak bowl.
Try their homemade Lemongrass with Thai Lime or OrangeSpresso – a mix of orange juice and double espresso.
Of course, your meal would not be complete without one of the cafe’s authentic Thai coffees or unique drink concoctions. With specially roasted Thai coffee beans that are also used at Tuk Tuk Cha, the cafe offers an interesting mix of traditional milk coffee as well as quirkier ways to get your dose of caffeine – such as the OrangeSpresso.
