KidZania Is Reopening In Sentosa – New Attractions Like Animation Studio & YouTube Zone

KidZania Singapore reopening in 2024

Whether you’re visiting Sentosa for the first or 15th time, it’s tempting to just stick to what you know: bungy jumping at AJ Hackett, indoor skydiving at iFly Singapore, or the beach clubs.

Soon, however, you’ll have another attraction to add to your Sentosa bucket list. Swinging its doors open again in 2024 after a long hiatus, the enormous indoor family play centre KidZania will feature a kid-sized city, a slew of futuristic roleplay games for children, and educational elements on sustainability.

7,600sqm indoor play centre with role-playing games for kids

Covering 7,600sqm of land in Palawan Beach, this kid-sized city will have all the charms of a legit town: idyllic roads with shops and restaurants, streets sans stoplights, and highrises. Here, your little people will get to pretend play for hours and work on their imaginations.

A city replica that looks like the real deal.

On top of the OG establishments such as hospital, theatre, and grocery store, there’ll be multiple new zones such as YouTube Entrepreneur, Animation Studio, and Makers Space. Plus, hundreds of jobs kiddos can role-play. The lineup of occupations includes firefighters, police officers, fashion designers – the list goes on.

Pretend to be dentist for the day.

That said, there’ll be a lot more than just traditional careers kiddies can take up in this quirky town come 2024. The centre’s theme will revolve around cities and jobs of the future, so we’re expecting plenty of wild futuristic gigs.

Look forward to KidZania reopening in 2024

On top of fun games that’ll help boost children’s imagination and creativity, you’ll be able to find 8 elements of the United Nation’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals peppered around the space. These include gender equality, climate action, clean energy and water, and good health and well-being.

Children between 4 and 14 years olds, as well as your inner child are all welcome at KidZania. With several new features and educational additions, here’s to hoping the kiddos will learn a thing or two about their capabilities and make positive changes in the world. The exact opening date and prices haven’t been released yet, so watch this space for more updates.
