One of the highlights of the Hyundai Discovery Tour is the introduction of the facility’s very own vertical smart farms. They’ve got 2 of them, and they both work round the clock with the help of robotics to demonstrate how technology and automation can help land-scarce countries like Singapore to bolster their agricultural yield.
Visitors will be able to catch the farms in action, from the seeding process to the eventual harvest. At Smart Farm I located in the main lobby of the facility, you’ll even get to plant your own seeds by operating a robot arm at the seeding kiosks.

Smart Farm II is up on the 3rd floor; a total of 9 different greens are grown here and supplied to the tasting lounge, where you can savour the fresh produce. For a truly authentic farm-to-table dining experience, the farm’s crops are also sent to HMGICS’ in-house restaurant, Na Oh, and are thoughtfully used to whip up healthy Korean delicacies.

If you’d like to dabao some smart farm-grown veggies for your own recipes, there’s a section of the tour where you get to do just that. All visitors are allowed to pick 1 choice of greens to harvest, to bring home in a little paper bag.
Explore the facility with a VR tour & learn how Hyundai’s EVs are made
Of course, you’ll also learn more about Hyundai’s vehicles and how they are made right here in Singapore, through an immersive VR tour of their factory. After donning a VR headset, visitors can have a go putting together one of Hyundai’s IONIQ EVs, via motion gestures to pilot a virtual robot arm.

Enjoy a heart-racing joyride on a 620m-long rooftop driving track
