Heads up, matcha fans, you’ll want to make your way to PLQ Mall tomorrow, 11th October 2025, between 10.30am and 4.30pm, because PropertyGuru is giving out 1,000 free cups of strawberry matcha.
This giveaway marks the end of PropertyGuru’s month-long hyperlocal campaign, which included asking Singaporeans to vote for the region which they feel most connected to. After gathering more than 10,000 votes, the East swept the stakes with a 37% majority, followed by West at 33%.
It seems like East side is the best side after all, though the West didn’t trail too far behind. In celebration of this Eastie win, PropertyGuru has collaborated with homegrown artisanal tea bar, Matchaya, to create the limited-edition Strawberry Matcha Latte with Goji Berries.
Matchaya takes their tea seriously, so you know this strawberry matcha latte is packed with the good stuff. Each cup is made to order, with a base of strawberry compote topped with earthy matcha, and sweet goji berries – and looks just as good as it tastes.
Unfortunately, you’ll have to get in line to cop this cuppa free matcha latte – unless you’re a PropertyGuru property agent. All you have to do is log in to your AgentNet account and show this to the staff at the event to be fast-tracked to your free drink.
The giveaway is happening right outside Starbucks at the level 1 open atrium.
The results are out, and Easties can gloat once more, but that’s not to say they’re the only ones who will be getting their hands on some free strawberry matcha tomorrow. Everyone’s invited, as long as you make it to be the first 1,000 in line.
