Disney Cruise light show at Jewel Changi Airport
If you stopped by Jewel Changi Airport before your year-end holiday last year, you may recall seeing the Disney Cruise-themed installations and events.
Those who missed it don’t need to feel FOMO – to commemorate the maiden voyage of the Disney Adventure cruise, they’ve brought back the festivities this month, with The Magic of Adventure Light & Music Show at Jewel Rain Vortex as the main highlight.
What is the Jewel Rain Vortex?
The Jewel Rain Vortex is the iconic waterfall at the heart of Jewel Changi Airport. It’s the tallest indoor waterfall in the world, standing at 7 storeys high.
Every night, you can catch the Light & Music Showcase and watch the waterfall as it becomes a canvas.
Disney Cruise-themed light & music showcase
From now till 31st March 2026, the indoor waterfall is getting a makeover with The Magic of Adventure Light & Music Show. This Disney edition takes the daily 9pm showcase, as well as the additional 10pm showcase from Friday to Sunday.

Sit back and relax as the light show brings the cruise to life, spotlighting scenes and characters from the 7 themed areas. You might spot familiar faces like Dory, Nemo, and Ariel from Disney Discovery Reef. You’ll also see a fair share of heroes, from the adorable Baymax repping San Fransokyo Street to Marvel Landing heroes Captain America and Iron Man flying by.
Keep your ears open as you take in the soundtrack; you’ll be able to recognise iconic Disney tunes, including You’ve Got A Friend In Me from Toy Story and Moana’s How Far I’ll Go.
Pro tip: Get there ahead of time if you want to chope a good viewing spot.

Disney Cruise Line Display at Forest Valley
While you’re there, check out the Disney Adventure Display at the Forest Valley. See artworks of the characters featured in the light show, with a stained-glass design that looks like they could have been taken from a Disney-themed castle.
Bonus: Disney Cruise-themed Wonderfall show at Terminal 2
If all these aren’t enough Disney Magic for you, head to the Terminal 2 departure hall to watch the Disney Cruise-themed Wonderfall show. This storybook-style show runs every 30 minutes at The Wonderfall from now till 31st May 2026.
