Changi Airport Has A Free Kid-Friendly Wellness Space With A Rope Maze & Trampoline Pods At T2

What to know about the Changi Airport Fit&Fun Zone

Changi Airport has long been hailed as one of the best in the world – and it’s not hard to see why. Where else can you find a butterfly garden, rock climbing walls, and an indoor waterfall all under one roof? And if you’ve got a long layover, you can even join a free Changi Airport tour to explore Singapore.

If you don’t know yet, Changi added another feather to its cap in early 2025 – the Fit&Fun Zone, a 400sqm wellness space designed to get you moving before your flight. With 5 vibrant, colour-coded zones featuring everything from a rope maze to trampoline pods, it’s the perfect spot to stretch out, burn a few calories, and rejuvenate for your journey ahead.

Where is Changi Airport’s Fit&Fun Zone?

You’ll find the Fit&Fun Zone inside Terminal 2’s transit area on Level 3, right above Dreamscape, Changi Airport’s lush indoor garden. While it’s most convenient for those flying out of Terminal 2, travellers from other terminals can easily get there via the Skytrain.

It’s open 24/7, so whether you’re on a red-eye flight or a long layover, you can drop by anytime to shake off that travel fatigue. Plus, entry is free.

5 coloured zones with trampoline pods & spar pods

Changi Airport’s Fit&Fun Zone is split into 5 vibrant zones – Green, Orange, Pink, Yellow, and Blue – each designed in a unique way to get you moving before your flight.

If you’re travelling with kids, make a beeline for the Yellow Zone, where they can bounce to their heart’s content on the 5 trampoline pods that range from 3m-3.5m high. These pods are equipped with sensors that trigger music, so they can jump and groove to catchy tunes while getting all that pre-flight energy out.

Over at the Orange Zone, little ones can channel their inner Rocky Balboa at the Spar Pods. These soft punching bags, suspended by thin ropes, are perfect for a fun, no-contact boxing session. Even the 3D petal structures on the walls are fair game for a jab or two – no gloves required.

For those who don’t want to skip strength training while travelling, the Pink Zone has you covered. It’s kitted out with 4 pull-down levers attached to weights ranging from 2kg-8kg, so you can sneak in a quick workout before heading to your gate.

Meanwhile, the Blue Zone is all about testing your agility. This rope maze, shaped like a cave, challenges you to find your way through without touching the ropes – think of it as an airport-friendly version of Mission: Impossible.

And if all you want is a quiet moment to recharge, the Green Zone offers the perfect escape. Grab a seat on the pendulum chairs and take in the tranquil views of Dreamscape.

There’s no reason to say “there’s nothing to do at the airport” again. Whether you’re killing time during a flight delay or just one of those people who insists on reaching the airport 4 hours early, the Fit&Fun Zone at T2 is a solid way to keep yourself entertained.
