Each night at Hotel Noum Osaka includes complimentary breakfast for guests. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you can still enjoy their breakfast sets at the cafe, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. 2. R Hotel Namba – Near Dotonbori Station for buzzing nightlife
