Bukit Canberra ActiveSG Swimming Complex is located in the new Bukit Canberra integrated hub and features 4 pools in total. You’ll find 2 outdoor pools and 2 sheltered pools, so take your pick depending on your mood and the weather.

Its outdoor pools consist of an Olympic-sized competition and lap pool for serious swimmers, as well as a kid-friendly fun pool with interactive water features and slides.

At the sheltered, indoor pools, you’ll find a teaching and training pool for beginners or anyone simply looking to enjoy some casual swimming. Young children can also head to the shallow wading pool to splash around safely under mum and dad’s watch.

The facility has 3 outdoor pools – a competition pool, a kiddy wading pool, and a training and teaching pool – so whether you’re training for a competition or bringing the kids out for some weekend fun, you’ll be set. Just remember to plan your visit for a sunny day when the skies are clear.

The newly revamped Sengkang ActiveSG Swimming Complex at the Sengkang Sports Centre might just be the most impressive one we’ve seen yet. It now boasts 5 different colourful slides, each looping, curling, and intertwining with one another. With names like Sugar Rush, Rainbow Dash, Jelly Lime Loops, and Jellybean Swizzle, expect a mix of adrenaline-pumping fun – from a quadruple-lane racer to spiral tube slides and a giant splash funnel.

Do note that swimmers need to be at least 1.2m tall to take on the slides.

Of course, you’ll still find your usual swimming complex here, including a competition pool, kiddy pool, and indoor teaching pool. There’s also a jacuzzi and a sheltered pool for those wet-weather moments.

Smack in the middle of shops, eateries, and plenty of things to do, Heartbeat @ Bedok ActiveSG Swimming Complex is as convenient as it gets. It comes fully equipped with 3 pools – an 8-lane competition pool, an 8-lane sheltered training pool, and a shallow learner pool.

There are indoor and outdoor pool options, so you can opt for the shelter when it rains and soak up some vitamin D when it’s sunny. Kids will love the interactive water-play pool with slides and sprinklers, while adults can unwind in the jacuzzi right beside it.

The place is also very spacious, so there’s no need to worry about it being too crowded and feeling like you’re swimming in a can of sardines. If you’ve got the day off, there’s free lunchtime parking on weekdays from 12pm to 2pm.

Jurong East Swimming Complex has been around since 2000, and back then, it was pretty revolutionary thanks to its unique features.
