You Can Now Play Pickleball In Air-Conditioned Comfort At This New Indoor Court In SG, From $25/Hour

Good news for all pickleball fans who hate breaking into a sweat before the warm-up: SPH Pickle Padel has recently opened Singapore’s first indoor air-conditioned pickleball court at Expo. This means that you and your kakis can now serve and dink your way through a game without turning into a puddle.


What to expect at SPH Pickle Padel

You’ll rarely have to fight for court space here – there are 6 pickleball courts and 3 padel courts up for grabs. The courts are open daily from 7am to 11pm, but if you want to enjoy that sweet, sweet comfort of aircon, make sure to play between 11am and 9pm.

Playing indoors also means you won’t have to worry about your game getting rained out last minute.

In case you haven’t noticed, the pickleball courts are decked out in a 2-tone blue, which is said to evoke calmness and confidence, perfect for keeping cool-headed while you serve up some serious game.

There’s a dedicated wellness zone with exercise bikes, resistance bands, and yoga mats to help you properly prep before a game and wind down after.

It’s great for seasoned players, but also super handy for those new to the sport. Just refer to the guided instructions for warm-up and cool-down stretches, so you won’t have to awkwardly copy moves from YouTube or guess what to do.

Don’t forget to visit the on-site shop that sells rackets, balls, and even sportswear. You can choose to rent or purchase what you need, so there’s no pressure to splurge on equipment upfront.
