DIY workshops at Happy Hour Club Cafe & Workshop
With multiple workshop options at Happy Hour Club, you can pick the one that interests you the most for an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Teddy Builder
While we might not have a Build-A-Bear Workshop in Singapore anymore, Happy Hour Club is the next best place that lets you design your own custom teddy bear from RM90.

Start by choosing your favourite unstuffed furry friend, then bring it to life by filling it with stuffing using their Fluffinator. Inside the stuffed animal, you can add a recorded message, a plushie heart, and even a scent.

After getting your plushie floofed, make it extra special by personalising it with cute outfits and accessories. Accessories are available from just RM1, making it easy to customise your teddy without breaking the bank.

Once complete, register your teddy at the Teddy Registry counter, where it’ll receive a unique plushport – teddy passport after being weighed and measured, just like what hospitals do for newborns. The best part of this is that you’ll be able to bring home your cuddly creation on the day itself.
Tufting

Happy Hour Club offers an upgraded tufting experience they call Tufting 2.0, which uses a revolutionary weightless tufting system, eliminating common challenges like fabric tearing and heavy tufting guns, making the process smoother and more enjoyable.
They offer 5 options of tufting workshops, from the 30cmx30cm Mini Frame to 120cmx120cm L Frame starting from RM130. For this workshop, pick out a design of your liking and send it to them at least 6 hours before your slot so that the staff can get it stencilled out. If you’ve never tried tufting before, we suggest you stick to simple designs and start with the Mini Frame.

After you’re done working on it, the skilled staff will help you touch up your piece for a beautiful end result. The whole process takes anywhere between 2-5 hours depending on the size of your piece so make sure you plan the rest of your KL itinerary with ample time to spare.
As the binding process of the fabric takes time, you can choose to take another trip to KL in 3 weeks to collect your rug or get it posted to Singapore at an additional cost.
Silver clay jewellery
Another unique workshop Happy Hour Club offers is a Sliver Clay (RM240) workshop where recycled silver clay is transformed into stunning jewellery pieces.

With the 5g of silver slay provided to you, you can create 2-3 pendants, rings, or even miniatures that you can decorate with heat-resistant cubic zirconia stones to add a touch of sparkle.
The process involves shaping, firing, and polishing the clay to produce 99.9% pure silver jewellery. Similar to tufting, the firing process for the silver clay requires additional time so collection of the final product can be done 1 week later with shipping options available as well.
Sculpture, pottery & ceramic painting
If painting is more your style, you can try their sculpture or pottery painting workshops.

The Pottery Painting (RM130) class lets you decorate semi-fired ceramics using unlimited underglazes. Your creations are then kiln-fired at 1,200°C to create food-safe ceramics that are ready in 3 weeks, just like the tufting.
For those who prefer quicker results, you can choose the Ceramics Painting (RM130) workshop instead as you would be painting on fully fired pottery that you can bring home on the day itself.

Alternatively, the Sculpture Painting (RM90) workshop lets you paint polymer plaster sculptures that can be collected on the same day. Choose from trinket dishes, trays, vases, and unlimited enamel paints to decorate with.
Fuel up at the in-house cafe
No creative session is complete without some delicious refreshments, and Happy Hour Club Cafe doesn’t disappoint.

The menu features speciality drinks like the Cloudy Matcha Coconut, which combines matcha and coconut water, and their popular Floral Fizzy Drinks like Fizzy Rose Lychee and Fizzy Mango all at RM14 each.
If you’re feeling hungry, their Croffles – a croissant-waffle hybrid are a must-try. Options range from savoury favourites like Creamy Garlic Croffle (RM13) to sweet treats like the Nutella Croffle (RM13) and Biscoff Croffle (RM13).
The cosy setting gets your creative juices flowing and makes it the perfect place to relax before or after your workshop.
