Student wears school uniform to study online during COVID-19
As all schools in Vietnam have closed down to protect students and teachers from exposure to the coronavirus, they have switched to online classes. Each school has launched its own online learning platform where teachers broadcast classes to make sure students can keep learning.
Even though it’s difficult for many young students to stay focused while learning at home, one Vietnamese student studying online impressed netizens by donning her school windbreaker and red scarf just as if she were physically on campus.
Wearing uniform for online study
Getting students to log into online classes at the appointed time is not always easy, but having them study with the same level of focus as if they were in school is an even greater challenge.
Recently, a Vietnamese student was photographed at home studying in front of her computer, looking totally focused.

However, what made this photo go viral is that she is wearing her official school windbreaker and red scarf, a compulsory accessory for most primary and secondary students in Vietnam.
Hilariously, while her upper body is in full school uniform, she’s wearing comfortable flower-patterned short pants. If her teacher and friends saw her in a group video call, they would think that she deserves to win an exemplary student award.
Netizens are impressed
This photo garnered tremendous attention from netizens, with many impressed by her self-discipline.

“I feel so ashamed of myself for doing nothing but playing around at home these days…OK, I decided to keep on playing with my phone,” Facebook user Nguyen Khanh Duy added cheekily.
Students should adapt to online learning
Live-streamed classes have been conducted by teachers all over the country for a couple of months now, and the learning experience for students is making steady progress so far.
Even though they might not be as effective for everyone as face-to-face learning, this is the only way for students to keep learning while staying safe at home.

As long as teachers keep updating students with necessary learning materials and students are willing to study them, students will overcome the difficulties of distance learning.
