This mall has an interesting design and great atmosphere. It is open air and it gets a bit warm for me if I am walking around. However, this is a problem on sunny days and the temperature gets cooler towards evening.

This place has a large variety of restaurants and I come here primarily for the food as there is a very wide variety. There are not many general shops around and the mall seems to be catered for lifestyle options, such as home decor and electronics. My favourite shop is the J-mart at level 1 and I like its ice cream especially.

There is a very warm and friendly atmosphere in the mall and it will make for a nice place to hangout with friends. The terraces at the fountain is also a nice place to relax after your meal. All in all, this environmental-friendly mall delivers as a dining hangout with a great atmosphere.

I happen to chance upon this mall just when it started business. When I entered, I didn't get the rush of cold air that happens everywhere else in Singapore. In fact I didn't enter any door because this place is open air!

First impression: I like this place already. On the outside the building looks like a ship. Chic and new. On the inside, there wasn't the usual rowdy loud crowd and absurd long queues. Everything about it was relaxing. People come here to just chill, sit on the big steps, just in front of the fountain. This fountain is meant for the children to play with water and simply for willing party to get wet. There is also a changing room beside.

Don't expect to see McDonald's, KFC or Burger King. Though there is an outlet of Texas Chicken and Subway. The supermart there is the Cold Storage. There are a number of bars, a foodcourt and many, many choices of restaurants -- Japanese, Porturgese, Western, Chinese, Thai.
There is a Thai restaurant called "PORN'S.sexy.thai.food". It is owned by Pornsak, a local artiste in MediaCorp.

Retail shops are also one of its kind. There's a shop that sells items that conserves the Earth, such as T-shirts made from recycled plastic bottles. Don't get it wrong, it's still cloth!

And how can I not mentioned the super grand looking auditorium? Someday, I would enter it and let you know about it!
