Aglio Olio is the first restaurant to localise pasta in Singapore - The Italian fare served here comes with a Singaporean twist, such as using chilli padi to substitute chilli flakes, hence culminating in the birth of a dish to call Singapore's very own. The pasta and pizza are a truly unique blend of east and west, all in one mouthful.
