With Omicron tearing its current wave around the world, most of us might be putting our VTL travel plans on hold. In the meantime, have your passport-free and PCR-free romantic getaway to Paris with bae or bring your kids to see the Eiffel Tower at Van Cleef & Arpel’s immersive exhibition, A Journey Through the Poetry of Time.
From 12th – 20th February 2022, the free installation recreates the streets of Paris right here at MBS.

This exhibition features a dreamy recreation of the streets of Paris in four galleries based on the following themes: love stories, ballerinas and fairies, Poetic Astronomy and Enchanting Nature.

Stroll through recreated Parisian landmarks, then take cute couple IG pics while enjoying café et croissant along the Seine.

You can also imagine yourself in a Parisian garden or opera house while checking out Van Cleef & Arpel’s new Pont des Amoureux luxury watch collection. Their watches are embellished with diamonds and precious stones, and even feature tiny figurines that mechanically move to meet in the middle of the watch face.

Couples with children between four and 10 can also sign up for free workshops where they can assemble and bring home their very own Paris scenes with foldable paper kits.

If you can’t go to Paris, Paris can come to you. A Journey Through the Poetry of Time brings the most romantic city in the world to your doorstep this Valentine’s Day season.
The exhibition is open to the public, even if you’re more of a smartwatch or fitness tracker kind of person. This showcase of the art of watchmaking, backdropped by a neon Paris, is perfect for a romantic mini “getaway” right here in Singapore.
