Now, you’ll have to make the big decision of what course you want to major in, and decide whether it’s best to pursue said degree in Singapore, or overseas.
After all, uni’s also the best time to step out of your comfort zone, before plunging into the workforce. These’ll give you some much-needed guidance on potential unis of interest, plus help cut you slack on tedious paperwork.

Most study abroad fairs in Singapore are free to enter, and walk-ins are typically allowed. However, to save time on registration once you’re there, it’s advisable to pre-register online.
Whether you’re planning on applying for a university on the spot, or are just there to look-see, we recommend bringing along your passport, academic transcripts, and English language test results. These will come in handy during your consultation sessions, and will help quicken your application process in the event you decide to apply.

Come 26th April 2025, IDP is hosting a study abroad fair at Suntec, with uni booths from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada and the UK. Some top universities to look out for include the University of Melbourne, University of New South Wales (UNSW), King’s College London, and Trinity College Dublin.
Besides finding out more about these potential schools, attendees will also get to speak to IDP counsellors for 1-on-1 advice on any pressing questions they might have, including entry requirements, visa applications, and student accommodation costs. If you want more info on what to expect when pursuing a degree overseas, there’ll also be free seminars to attend, where you’ll get more in-depth info on what it’s like to study abroad.
There are also tempting perks for those who apply on the spot – selected courses have application fee waivers, and applicants will receive up to $100 worth of Grab vouchers.

This one’s for fresh poly grads – whether you’re planning to pursue a degree related to your course, or jump ship to something entirely new, AUG’s upcoming study abroad expo on 26th April 2025 has all the deets you’ll need to know. This includes important info like how to calculate credit point deductions from poly courses, and how to fast-track your degree.
Though some seminars are more targeted towards poly kids, JC grads are welcome to attend too. Here, you’ll still be able to consult experts on any queries you might have about specific universities, across Australia, UK, and Malaysia. There’s also an afternoon seminar on careers in Aussie that’ll benefit everyone planning to study there.
Meanwhile, those looking to switch majors entirely can also attend a talk on changing courses, conducted by an ex-student who pivoted from engineering to business in university.

The Land Down Under is undoubtedly one of the most popular uni destinations for Singaporeans, particularly for its proximity to home, which also translates to more affordable uni fees. If you’ve already got your eyes set on studying in Australia, check out OverseasEducation.Sg’s Study in Australia Open House, happening on 25th April 2025.
Universities to check out here include UNSW, Australian National University, and University of Western Australia. Aside from having 1-on-1 consultations with uni experts, visitors will also be entitled to free scholarship assessments.

TheRightU’s upcoming Dream Big Overseas Uni Fair on 27th September 2025 is probably the biggest on this list, with over 70 participating unis across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the UK, US, Switzerland, and China.
Some top-ranked schools to anticipate include the University of Edinburgh, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Auckland, and Trinity College Dublin. Attendees who decide to apply on through TheRightU will also get the majority of their uni application fees waived.

If you missed Jack Study Abroad’s most recent fair on the 5th of April, fret not – the agency hosts events roughly 3-4 times a year, with their next one expected to take place some time in September or October.
Their fairs typically host over 50 universities from countries like Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and US. The 1-on-1 consultations here cover everything from queries about entry requirements and visa procedures, to student accommodations abroad. Consultations are also available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, so language barriers won’t be an issue here!

Another education agency to keep a lookout for is AECC, which hosted their most recent Australia study fair in January this year. There are no updates on upcoming fairs yet, but curious applicants can opt for a free online consultation via their website.
Aside from the usual suspects, like Australia, NZ, and UK, AECC also has ties with schools all over Germany and Europe, including schools that specialise in culinary arts and film, like Le Cordon Bleu Paris and Prague Film School.
