It links fresh polytechnic and ITE grads with partnering companies for structured training and mentorship in your discipline of study, over a period of 12 – 18 months.
You’ll even receive a $5,000 sign-on incentive for most programmes!
Throughout the 12 – 18 month programme, you’ll be paid a competitive monthly salary. No meagre internship allowance here! You’ll be getting a proper taste of what it’s like to carve out a full-fledged career in the biz.
With over 30 different sectors involved, you’re bound to find something that fits your dream job to a tee. Exciting options include Aerospace, Biomedical Sciences, Games Development, Hotel, and Infocomm Technology. Click for a full list of available programmes.
Upon completion, you’ll be awarded with industry-recognised certification as well as potential wage progression or career advancement within the company that groomed you. Boost your resume with certifications such as Advanced and Specialist Diplomas, Diplomas and Workforce Skills Qualifications certificates.
If you choose to further your studies afterwards, selected ELPs also grant participants advanced standing or credit exemption for relevant degree programmes, subject to meeting the course entry requirements.
