The struggle between employers hiring based on experience and needing a job to get experience in the first place is all too real. This is where SkillsFuture comes in with the SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme (ELP), a platform for fresh grads to get a career head start while employers get to build up their talent pipeline as well.

It links fresh polytechnic and ITE grads with partnering companies for structured training and mentorship in your discipline of study, over a period of 12 – 18 months.

You’ll even receive a $5,000 sign-on incentive for most programmes!
