You Can Soon Pick Up Your Online Shopping From Neighbourhood Lockers 24/7, No More Missed Parcels

Pick parcel lockers

Cart out the 101 completely random items in your Qoo10 cart, check. Replenish your stash of skincare products on Shopee, check. Click “Make Payment” on that Nintendo Switch you’ve been eyeing for weeks on Lazada, check.

Online shopping is almost second nature to us, but there’s nothing more infuriating than missing the delivery man and having to head down to the post office to claim your package. Or worse, you opt for “Leave At Gate”, and risk having your personal info out there for all to see – or worse, have your goods go missing.

If you’re one of those with a constant stream of parcels headed your way, here’s a piece of good news: Pick Network, a subsidiary of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) is bringing some 1,000 parcel locker stations to our neighbourhoods be end-2021 for you to collect your parcel at any time, on any day, at your convenience – just 5 mins walk away!

Read on to find out how you can claim a Qoo10 $5 Cart Coupon voucher to offset your next online purchase

1,000 lockers around heartlands, MRT stations and CCs

It doesn’t matter if you call Lim Chu Kang or Seletar home, you’re bound to find a Pick locker in your neighbourhood within a 5-minute walking distance. With 1,000 Pick parcel locker stations available across Singapore at HDB estates, Community Clubs, MRT stations and bus interchanges, Pick gives you round the clock access to your shopping loot.

That means good riddance to time wasted waiting having to schedule missed deliveries or lost parcels!

Here’s how Pick will work when it rolls out in 2021

  1. Shop as you usually would on platforms such as Qoo10, Shopee and Lazada and select locker collection as your preferred delivery option.
  2. Select a Pick locker location for collection for each platform.
  3. Wait for an SMS update stating parcel has been delivered to locker.
  4. Collect the parcel from the locker via a unique PIN found in the SMS at your own convenience.

$5 Qoo10 voucher for completing a survey

And while we’re still some time away from 2021, Pick is rolling out mock-up lockers this month onwards and they want to hear from you and thank you for your feedback with a Qoo10 $5 Cart Coupon for completing a simple survey!* All you have to do is head down to one of the designated locations, scan the survey’s QR code on the mock-up lockers, posters or signages, and answer a couple of questions.

*Only available for first 100 respondents per site and limited to one redemption per respondent.

Once the survey is completed, you’ll be prompted to enter your mobile number and the $5 unique code will be sent to you via SMS. You can proceed to redeem a $5 Qoo10 Cart Coupon via entering the unique code at the redemption link stated in the SMS. The coupon will be awarded to the first 100 completed surveys per location, so you’ll want to head over to Pick’s website to get the lowdown on location and launch date of these mock-up lockers.

At present, mock-up lockers have already been set up in neighbourhoods such as Bedok South, Marine Parade, Pasir Ris, Serangoon and Circuit Road. You’ll be able to keep an eye on the upcoming locker locations here.

If your neighbourhood is still without Pick mock-up lockers at the moment, don’t sweat it – new locations are being rolled out each week so there are plenty of vouchers to be redeemed!
