Known by Singaporeans islandwide, foodpanda has been one of the major players when it comes to the food and grocery delivery game. In case you haven’t heard, they’ve also branched out with pandago, a 24/7 on-demand parcel delivery service that can get your parcel dropped off within 60 minutes.

Read on for more details and find out how you can get 25% off your first delivery.

24/7 delivery service for consumers & business owners

pandago offers 24/7 delivery, so even if you need to deliver parcels during the wee hours of the morning, it can be arranged in just a few taps on your phone. This comes in especially handy when you aren’t able to personally deliver a birthday present or care package, for example.

And with their 60 minutes delivery window, you can even rest assured that your parcel will reach the intended recipient in a timely manner.

These days, it’s all about online shopping and Instagram shops. If you happen to be a small business owner, you can use pandago to your advantage as well. Real-time tracking is offered with every delivery so that you and your customers can stay informed of the parcel’s  whereabouts.

With all the features mentioned above, you don’t even have to worry about being bound to a minimum order requirement as pandago operates on an on-demand basis. Deliveries follow a pay-as-you-go system, which means that wallet top-ups are not necessary as you’ll only be billed after each delivery.

Whether you’re an independent consumer or a business owner, pandago has your back when it comes to small deliveries. All you have to do is sign up for a foodpanda account, and you’ll be all set to send your outgoing parcels.

Requesting a rider is as simple as keying in both the collection address and delivery address, followed by basic information such as the recipient’s name, contact number, and order details. After which, a rider will be assigned to your parcel.

And to make things even simpler, contactless delivery is also an option. Therefore, there will be no need for the recipient to sign off on the drop-off.

Do note that your parcel has to fulfill these requirements to qualify for delivery:

  • Weight does not exceed 5kg
  • Item(s) are sealed within a box or bag
  • Parcel fits in a foodpanda rider bag (33 x 33 x 18cm)
  • Parcel must not contain dangerous, illegal, or restricted items

If you’ve ever found yourself in a situation where a parcel needs to be delivered in a jiffy, you now have an on-demand go-to that can get the job done within the hour. With pandago’s affordable rates, you’ll be able to engage their services no matter if you’re an average consumer or a business owner.
