Mermaid Nail & Beauty offers express gel manicures at RM58 (~S$16.30) and classic gel manicures at RM88 (~S$24.73).

From there, you can sift through a wide range of nail art designs, priced between RM25-RM200 (~S$7.03-S$56.20). This can be something as simple as a hand-painted smiley face or heart shape, to embedding pretty little faux flowers into your mani.

They’re also able to execute intricate nail art even on your little toesies, on top of your express or classic gel pedicure at RM68 (~S$19.11) and RM98 (~S$27.54) respectively.

Jolly Colours House opened at KSL City Mall in late 2023, offering express gel manicures for just RM40 (~$11.33). The affordable fix is great for those who want to get off their feet for a bit amidst their shopping spree. You can also get a classic gel manicure for RM60 (~$16.86).

Choose from their preset nail designs, which include trendy styles like jelly nails and negative space drawings. A set of extensions and full nail art is priced RM160 (~$45.33). If you’d like to spruce up your peepers as well, they also do eyelash extensions under the same roof, priced from RM98 (~$27.77) onwards.

Established in 2017, YOUNG Waxing & Nails is quite the OG in the JB nail salons scene. It has also racked up a near perfect rating of 4.8 stars on Google, with close to 200 satisfied reviews. Tiff’s Nail operates from a cosy shophouse space in the Skudai area, which is about a 15-minute drive from Paradigm Mall. It’s well worth the journey if you’d like to score manicures at even cheaper rates. This is because the salon offers discounts for customers who opt to be served by junior or trainee nail techs.
