This Photobooth Town In Jewel Changi Has Hello Kitty, Marvel & Frozen Booths From Just $4

Moo Character Town photobooth at Jewel Changi

90s kids will remember the thrill of running to Far East Plaza after school to take pictures with the whole gang at the Neoprint machines. Well, that’s back – kind of. Moo Character Town is a whole shop of photobooths located at Jewel Changi. Pick a frame, strike a pose, then get printed a photo strip all for just $4

15 different photobooths with cute cartoon frames

First things first is choosing which photobooth you want to shoot at. There are 15 to choose from, each one featuring beloved characters from Winnie the Pooh, Hello Kitty, Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Tsum Tsums.

Then you decide what frame you want. They’re displayed outside each booth, and there are 8 to choose from each one. If you’re keeping count, that’s 120 different photo strips you could possibly have.

Once you know which frame you’d like, it’s as simple as stepping into the booth to get your picture taken. Get ready your poses – you’ll need 4 of them to fill in the frame. Blinked? Or didn’t pose in time? Don’t worry, you can retake as many times as needed.

When you’ve finalised your 4 poses, pick your frame and just wait for your photostrip to be printed. You get 2 strips – 1 for you, and 1 for the person you dragged into the booth with you.

Unfortunately, there’s no option to print extra copies for those who came in a group of 3 or more. But the booths will display a QR code from which you can download a digital copy.

Now you have 2 choices to post on the ‘Gram.

Snap cute pics at Moo Character Town

That’s basically it. At $4 a pop, it’s pretty affordable to collect all 120 frames if you wanted to. The 120 frames do rotate occasionally so you’ll want to make repeat visits to Moo Character Town whenever you’re this far east of Singapore.

There are even limited-time ones for various occasions. For Chinese New Year, there are a bunch of Sanrio and Tsum Tsum frames with the characters decked out in festive wear, riding dragons, and carrying oranges.

It does mean having to come up with new poses each time though. Thankfully we’ve got you covered with couple photography tips, poses for men if you’re hoping to channel oppa vibes, and even advanced family photo poses for one-of-a-kind group shots.

Address: 78 Airport Boulevard, #B1-295/296 Jewel Changi, Singapore 819666
Opening hours: 24 hours, Daily
Contact: Cow Play Cow Moo website
