In a year dominated by Labubus and Jellycats, it looks like the cute plushie craze isn’t slowing down anytime soon. This festive season, everyone’s favourite chonky cats are taking over our island with a Christmas-themed Mofusand display across malls in Singapore. Expect larger-than-life displays, exclusive merch, and plenty of photo ops that’ll make even the Grinch feel the Christmas spirit.
If you’ve spent any time online recently, you’ve probably seen Mofusand – an adorable kitty character with squishy faces, silly poses, and that blank stare. Created by Japanese artist Juno, the name comes from the Japanese word “mofu”, which means “fluffy”. Quickly, they captured the hearts of the internet, becoming iconic enough for collabs like the KFC x Mofusand plushies.

And now, they’re back to steal the spotlight once more. From now until 31st December 2025, the Mofusand Holidays festive takeover at 17 CapitaLand Malls across Singapore – including Bugis Junction and Funan – will be decked out in Christmas-themed Mofusand displays.
Here’s the full list of malls where you can find the Mofusand displays:
