In the same vein, the folks at Les Mills will also be holding a bodycombat session on 7th August from 8.15pm-9.15pm. Be prepared to work in a tonne of cardio and strength training at this martial arts-inspired class.

Les Mills will be hosting the Sh’bam class on 8th August from 7pm-8pm too. This cardio-centric workout combines various dance moves that help work on your body coordination, and you’ll be pumping and shuffling to catchy songs for the whole hour.
You can also join the KPOPX Fitness class on 7th August and 8th August, from 7pm-8pm and 8.15pm-9.15pm respectively. Shake your booty to K-pop hits as you sweat it out – trust me, you won’t even feel like you’re doing cardio. If you prefer other tunes like hip-hop, Latin, or Hindustan, the International Remix Dance Storm class will be perfect for you.
