Just because Orchard Road doesn’t have hordes of shoppers this Great Singapore Sale (GSS) season, doesn’t mean that the promotions are any less abundant. Lazada has teamed up with GSS to bring all the sales we’d normally see online and into the convenience of our smartphones.
From 24-hour-long flash sales with discounts of up to 90% to minigames you can play and earn Lazada credits with, here’s what you can expect from Lazada’s GSS promotion happening on 6th June.
One of the biggest perks of online shopping is being able to browse all the things we want from the comfort of our computers and phones. With part of the Great Singapore Sale happening on Lazada, you can browse through the latest phone models from Samsung and chic Ray-Ban sunglasses all without having to go to a department store.
Some other items we’ve been eyeing that are going for sale include an Estee Lauder skincare set ($175, worth $337) and a TWG Tea teapot bundle ($140) to pamper ourselves with.
To kick off GSS on 6th June, Lazada’s time-honoured flash sales will go on for a full 24 hours rather than the typical two hours. Your bank statements won’t be bleeding red this month when you can save huge on big-ticket items like Prism+ TVs (up to 67% off) and ErgoEdge sit-stand desks (up to 40% off).
Other e-stores and brands – there are over 270 – you can look forward to participating in this flash sale include adidas where their apparel and accessories are going for 40% off with an additional 20% when you purchase three items. This is also a good time to replenish your Dettol stock with 50% off the disinfectant supplies storewide.

Instead of only window shopping on the Lazada app, you can spend that time earning spendable credits with minigames.

One of the easiest ways to earn up to $20 a day in rebates is with Share Pocket. All you have to do is get your friends to sign up and download the Lazada app or for existing users to open the app within 24 hours. New user signups and downloads will reap more rewards and help you progress towards that $20 faster.

You can also earn coins from the Supersize Mission to get up to 3% off selected products. There’s one new Supersize Mission released daily that rewards you with 60 coins, and you can earn up to 600 coins till 6th June where it’ll be turned into a redeemable voucher!
Few things get Singaporeans as excited as a good sale, and the Great Singapore Sale is an institution – almost a tradition – that we can look forward to every year. Homebodies looking to scratch that online shopping itch also don’t have to scour through 20 different tabs and apps thanks to Lazada’s partnership with GSS as the official eCommerce platform.
On top of the storewide discounts, you can also enjoy an additional $6 off every $50 spent. All you have to do is collect the Lazada Bonus badge as you’re browsing the GSS deals before 6th June, and the discount will be automatically applied to the eligible products when you’re checking out.
With GSS lasting from 6th June to 7th July, there’s no rush to fulfill your shopping wish lists. But you’ll be able to score the best deals only on 6.6 and 7.7 – the two dates Lazada holds their yearly one-day sales – so mark your calendars!
