Singaporeans love a good lifestyle store – especially one filled with aesthetic, affordable finds that let us walk out with a bag full of impulse buys. While we already have our favourites like Miniso and Daiso, China’s popular lifestyle brand KKV has opened its first outlet in Singapore at Tiong Bahru Plaza, adding to the lineup of stores we enjoy browsing “for fun.”
The shop is already open for business, but its grand opening on 17th May 2025 is when the real fun begins. Here’s what you need to know:

If you’ve ever crossed the border and found yourself wandering into a brightly lit yellow store packed with knick-knacks you didn’t think you needed – that was probably KKV.
The China brand has outlets in BKK, JB and KL – but lucky for us, it’s finally made its way to our shores.

Don’t say we didn’t warn you – get ready to lose track of time and maybe your budget at KKV. From blind boxes to snacks you won’t find in your usual supermarket aisle, there’s plenty here to keep your hands, as well as your shopping baskets, full.

You’ll also find adorable plushies, stationery, and a whole section dedicated to beauty products like sheet masks and skincare tools – with prices starting from as low as $0.90 for a single sheet mask.

There’s even a pack of oral rinse with 10 sachets for just $2.90, which is great if you’re stocking up on travel essentials. That’s how much bang for your buck you can expect here.
Fitness junkies, you’ll want to get your hands on a pretty pink yoga mat for $19.90. And if you’re thirsty after all that browsing, grab a refreshing lychee soda for only $1.50 – one of the many interesting drink flavours you’ll find at KKV.

Head down early on 17th May 2025, because the first 100 customers will score a $10 voucher and an exclusive KKV sticker to flex on your water bottle or laptop.
At 2pm, keep an eye out for the KIKI Parade, and you might just walk away with a mini coin bag and a chance to scratch and win some sweet surprises.
The freebies don’t stop there – from now till 21st May 2025, spend just $25 and you’ll get a free woven tote bag. May babies are also in luck – flash your IC, make any purchase, and follow KKV on Instagram to receive an extra birthday gift – consider it a little something from them to you.

It’s worth making a trip down to the KKV store at Tiong Bahru Plaza to see what the hype is about if you’re looking for things to do this weekend.
As for whether you can walk in and leave empty-handed? Can try lah. But bring a shopping tote, or at least leave space for the free one. You’ll need it.
