This Warehouse Sale At Khatib Has Viral Squishies From $2 & Pay-By-Weight Crockery For $0.88/100g

Houze & Table Matters Warehouse Sale

If you’re in the market for some new homeware, or want to jump on the squishy bandwagon – heck, maybe both! – then you need to head down to the Houze & Table Matters Warehouse Sale. Happening from now till 18th October 2026 only, the sale is held at HomeTeamNS Khatib’s Level 1 atrium space, which is accessible via a short walk from Khatib MRT station.

Here’s a look at what’s in store for you:

Mochi, crunchy, vaseline & slow-rising squishies from $2 each

Are you team mochi, crunchy, vaseline, or slow-rising squishy? Thanks to a dedicated squishy corner set up at the Houze & Table Matters Warehouse Sale – adorably named “Squishy Matters” – you could very well sample a mix of all 4.

It won’t cost you very much to purchase a few and build your squishy collection, either. Prices start from just $2 each, with bundle deals of 3 for $10, 3 for $15, or 3 for $20, depending on the squishy size and design.

An array of butter sticks awaits you, available as a small crunchy stick ($2), a medium mochi stick ($6), and a jumbo slow-rise stick ($6).

For the uninitiated, crunchy squishies are packed with beads and other solid bits that create a satisfying crunch and ASMR sounds when squished; mochi refers to a rubbery, stretchy material that’s filled with water or slime; and slow-rise types are made from a soft, foamy material that bounces back slowly upon being pressed.

Also priced at $6 each are the gooey bananas filled with slime and various colourful fruit slices. Mix and match $6 squishies for a 3 for $15 deal.

The viral crunchy soap bars ($4 each, 3 for 10) are available in 3 colours: white, pink, and blue.

Get interesting and unique squishy designs here, from a pineapple AKA bolo bun to smiling poops and a glittery gold coin for maximum huat. These are priced at $4 each, or 3 for $10.

There’s the popular cheese cube, as well as the not-so-common squares of instant noodles. These are also $4 each, or 3 for $10. Feel free to mix and match designs across the same pricing!

The squishy food fun continues with peanuts and potatoes ($4 each, 3 for $10). The potatoes in particular are of the Vaseline variety, meaning that you can stretch, pull, and mould them to your liking. Unlike other varieties, they hold whatever shape you mould them into. It’s great for fidgeting, and you can constantly shape it into new forms.

And if you’re after something that’s extra large and extra satisfying to squish, check out the table of jumbo food squishies. You’ve got an XL mochi butter stick ($8), a jumbo peanut ($9), and a nice, tropical jumbo mango ($9). This selection is available for a 3-for-$20 deal.

Affordable homeware & crockery priced from $1

Houze & Table Matters sell home and living products as well as kitchenware, so there’s definitely a wide range of affordable, non-squishy offerings to be found. Expect prices to be heavily slashed too, with home essentials starting from $1 apiece, and gorgeous crockery and ceramics sold on a pay-by-weight basis, at $0.88 per 100g.

Browse through loads of tableware options, from plates and bowls to pestle and mortar sets and sake pitchers.

There are scales available for you to check the weight of your loot as you shop. For a general gauge, a medium-sized bowl suitable for soups came to be about 500g, a small bowl usually meant for rice weighed 300g, and a sauce dish was 150g. That works out to roughly $4.40, $2.60, and $1.30 respectively.

Check out the plethora of home essentials as far as the eye can see, from cup brushes to glass jars to keep your snacks fresh and presentable. We saw shower curtains and toothbrush holders for $1, seat cushions for $2, and child-proofing door locks for $3 – among countless others.

In this sweltering heat, a cooling ice-silk pillow will do wonders for everyone, not just kids. Get your hands on these cooling pillows for $10 each, down from their original retail price of $36.

If you’re looking to keep your Pop Mart figurines and other collectibles neatly stowed away yet beautifully displayed, pick up some of the display shelves available at the Houze & Table Matters Warehouse Sale. A petite 2-tiered one is retailing at just $6 (U.P. $28.90), and a large-capacity, 3-tier one will set you back $15 (U.P. $38.90).
