 Available at their Quayside Isle and Bukit Timah outlets, this promotion applies to steamed and grilled live Boston Lobsters at $49.95++ each. Top it off with Soba Egg Sauce, Thermidor or have it cooked Asian-styled for an additional $10.


Oysters – from $1.95 each


For shellfish-lovers, there are few sensations that are as gratifying as slurping down a fresh and tasty oyster straight of its shell. There’s no limit to how many large, freshly shucked oysters you can order – so go wild with selecting from their seasonal menu. It includes different oysters (from $3.95 – $8.95) from countries like Canada, Ireland and France.

Indulge to your heart’s content on Oyster Tuesdays with 35% off each oyster. Alternatively, you can get their House Oysters for just $1.95+ each at the Quayside Isle and Bukit Timah outlets. If you prefer cooked oysters, you can also get them at $3.95+ each at the new Asian cuisine restaurant.

Fish and chips are a classic western staple, and you won’t be disappointed with Greenwood Fish Market’s House Fish and Chips ($21.95)

The star of the dish is the fish – freshly fried catfish fillets with a golden brown crust. It’s crispy on the outside, yet soft and fluffy on the inside. With 3 pieces per portion, it’s a filling meal so do come hungry! 

If you don’t have time to stay, feel free to grab and go. Their takeaway promo is just $11.50 nett, more than $10 off the original price, making for a quick and affordable lunch.


Feast on Japanese & Chinese dishes with the new Asian menu


Besides the usual Western seafood dishes, Greenwood Fish Market’s Asian cuisine restaurant specialises in Asian seafood dishes. Whether you like comforting classics or brand new creations, there are lots of choices for you. 


Japanese dishes


There’s a range of Japanese dishes to choose from but if you’re not sure where to start, head for the Cold Noodle Somen ($25.95), featuring noodles in a special Japanese broth and sashimi Hokkaido scallops. Alternatively, you can go for the Nama Hotate ($24.95), another noodle dish but with bluefin tuna negitoro and somen. 

If you prefer cooked fish, try the Shaggy Dog Roll ($23.95) with fresh Aburi salmon in a special house sauce. The fish is served partially grilled on the top for a creamy and slightly smoky flavour that any seafood lover can easily appreciate.

Omakase is the Japanese practice of letting the chef customise a menu for you, and that’s exactly what you’ll get when you order Omakase Sashimi ($39.95/pax, min. 2 pax). You’ll get 8 slices of premium Japanese fish of the chef’s choosing.

You’ll get many small crispy pieces of crab with every spoonful of Crispy Crabmeat Fried Rice

It’s definitely not your usual Zi Char menu, with specialities like Crispy Crabmeat Fried Rice ($41.95) that comes with a generous dose of fried Blue Swimmer Crabs and Oyster Claypot Rice ($27.95) with fried salted fish.

Take your dining experience up a notch with creative seafood twists on local delights. Lobster Chee Cheong Fun ($89.95), for instance, isn’t something you can order from any hawker centre. This dish is sautéed with a choice of “Live” Boston lobster or juicy prawns. 


Sip on premium cocktails


While you’re here, wash down your meal with one of their in-house cocktails. Don’t miss out on Flaming Poppy, their new sake and gin bar with over 30 types of premium sake and gin.
