Remembering Zouk
In light of the recent announcements regarding Zouk’s closure, we couldn’t help but reminisce about the good times we had at Singapore’s oldest club. Here are memories at the 23 year old Zouk that many of us will remember forever.
1. Turning up at Zouk on Wednesday nights for TGIW despite having school/work the following morning
2. Dressing up and getting ready to go to Zouk
3. Realizing that I forgot to bring my Citibank card
4. When someone doesn’t finish his mashed potato and hotdog and asks “does anyone want the rest of this?”
5. After I finish a Sour Plum shot
6. After I finish a jug of Long Island Tea
7. Zouk nuggets
8. During Zouk’s happy hour and there’s 1-for-1 drinks
9. When I see an empty spot on the bridge
10. Meeting my friends after I purchase alcohol from Holiday Inn

12. The dudes surrounding their female friends on the dancefloor at Phuture
