Coliwoo Has Fully-Furnished Co-Living Spaces With Flexi Short Term Stays To Try Living With Boo

Coliwoo co-living spaces in Singapore

Nothing quite marks the beginning of adulting like moving out of your parents’ place. “But what if I’m single and not 35 years old yet?“What if our BTO is going to take another 5 years to complete?” Calm down, it’s not the end. Aside from trying to get a flat, there are other ways for you to have your own place – such as renting a serviced apartment in Singapore like Coliwoo

These accommodations comprise well-equipped studio apartments and come with shared facilities like swimming pools, gyms, and BBQ pits, so you won’t be stuck alone in your room 24/7. Interested? Here’s the lowdown on what Coliwoo has to offer:

Fully furnished rooms with a private bathroom & kitchenette

Let’s start off with the apartment itself. Each one is suitable for living solo or for couples to stay together. You’ll find everything you need from a fully functioning kitchenette to a private bathroom.

For those intending to emulate Cooking Mama IRL, the kitchenette has an induction stove, microwave, sink, and fridge to store your goods. Cooking tools and utensils are also provided here.

The washer and dryer unit is also located in the kitchenette, and FOC to use. This way, you don’t have to lug your entire wardrobe or worry about laundry – whether it’s for a short-term or long-term stay.

A major plus point for the apartments is the private bathroom in each room. No longer do you have to wait for your sibling or parent to be done getting ready in the morning. Depending on the layout, the bathrooms are usually found next to the kitchenette. Basic toiletries are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

As for the sleeping area, most of the apartments come with a queen-sized bed, but there are a select few locations that offer single beds. Pillows, blankets, and bed sheets are provided too

If you’re team WFH, there’s also a workstation with a desk and chair in each room, so you don’t have to source for a 24/7 Starbucks to camp at. The same space doubles up as a dining area for late-night instant noodles binges or cosy date nights.

Access to the communal gym, swimming pools & BBQ pit

Living independently doesn’t mean you’ll be forever alone. Coliwoo has communal spaces for you to use and meet your neighbours – a great way to interact with people from different backgrounds too.

Head down to the communal lounge where you can work or study at the giant “living room”. The place has plenty of tables, chairs, and charging outlets for your devices. There’s also free WiFi throughout the property.

If you’re just looking to chill, there’s also a snug area at the side where you can chat with other guests. You’ll also find a pantry here – feel free to make yourself a cup of joe or warm tea with the Nescafe machine.

Gym junkies can use the common gym, where there are treadmills and weights for your bench press days. There’s also an outdoor fitness corner for those who prefer to do some callisthenics.

Lounge by the swimming pool, or chill in the jacuzzi – the choice is yours. Since this isn’t a hotel where you’ll be sharing with a tonne of visitors, you’ll def be able to clock in a couple of miles in the pool without bumping into others.

There’s also a member benefits program where residents can enjoy exclusive perks from various partners.

Whether it’s for a birthday party or a casual gathering, you can also book the BBQ pit to host your friends and family. Time to whip out your inner Gordon Ramsey and wow the gang with your culinary skills and independence.

While having some good ‘ol me time is great, it’s also fun to socialise and forge new friendships. Coliwoo has an array of events happening throughout the year where guests can sign up for free. Past events have included a wine appreciation night, yoga classes, volunteer work, and urban farming workshops. They even attended Halloween Horror Nights 2022 together!

Flexible lease terms from just 6 nights onwards

There are 14 co-living spaces under Coliwoo including Lavender, Beach Road, Balestier,  Lutheran, and Boon Lay. If you’re looking for a room to rent in Orchard, they’ve got a serviced apartment there too. Other central locations are Keppel, River Valley, and Serangoon.

Once you’ve joined the Coliwoo gang, you’ll have access to the Coliwoo App (Google Play | App Store) which will allow you to book facilities, RSVP for events, and even manage your rent payments.

The minimum booking starts from 6 nights for its serviced apartments. Yup, you read that right – it’s not necessary to make a long-term commitment if you need a temporary living arrangement. Those planning to stay for a longer period of time can enjoy weekly housekeeping services too. They also accept extension of lease too if you intend to extend your time at Coliwoo.

Live independently at Coliwoo

Moving out of your parents’ den is always a daunting task, but you can make your experience a comfortable and enjoyable one by staying at fully furnished co-living spaces like Coliwoo. With the various events and communal facilities available, you’ll also be able to meet like-minded pals and form close friendships during your stay.

Once you’ve decided on your preferred location, you can reserve your room by dropping an email to enquiry@coliwoo.com or calling them at 9790 8585.
