Concerts in Singapore and Southeast Asia have become a bittersweet event for many of us. On one hand, we can only see our favourite musical acts for 1 night only. On the other, tickets to major acts tend to get snapped up within a heartbeat.
So, believe us when we say we’re still digesting the fact that British band Coldplay will be performing live in Singapore in January 2024 for not just 1 night, but 6 nights in January 2024. Here’s what we know about their upcoming Coldplay: Music Of The Spheres World Tour:

It was first announced that Coldplay would be playing for 4 nights in Singapore. But after selling out their presale tickets, 2 more shows were added. Even so, the demand for Coldplay was overwhelming and the band sold out all 6 shows in a matter of hours.
But here’s some relief for those who die die want to attend Music Of The Spheres in Singapore. There’ll be one last chance to buy tickets on 3rd October 2023 from 10am onwards. There’s no word on which categories or nights will be available, but diehard fans who haven’t scored a ticket will want to set their alarms for this. Tickets will be priced from $68 onwards, excluding booking fees.

Whether you used to swoon to Coldplay’s deep and mellow tunes in the 2000s or jive with their happier pop-bops they’re now known for, you’ll now have a chance to watch them live in Singapore. After all, it’s been 6 years since they came for their A Head Full of Dreams tour.
Those from the Southeast Asia region will also notice familiar names in music supporting the band, such as Bunga from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Rahmania Astrini from Jakarta, Indonesia; Yoasobi from Tokyo, Japan; and Accusefive from Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
You might also be glad to know that Coldplay’s gone green. With 5 million trees planted for each concert attendee, the band announced that their Music Of The Spheres World Tour has slashed a whopping 47% of carbon emissions compared to their last 2016/2017 run. Guess you can tell your parents that you’re going for a good cause, too.
