Chinatown Point Christmas 2025
Christmas isn’t all about material gifts, as little Kevin McCallister discovered in the classic Christmastime movie Home Alone 2 – family, togetherness, and the spirit of giving, rather than the actual gifts, are even more important. And this Yuletide season, Chinatown Point celebrates this spirit amidst all the celebrations.
Taking Christmas green with a recycled bottle tree

For starters, the Christmas tree outside this Chinatown mall breaks out from the usual blinged-up versions with its use of recycled bottles that were donated by shoppers over the course of the last 3 months.

Filled with green-tinted water so the end result looks just like a tree, the bottles have been arranged on tiers to blend in with the rest of the tree. And there aren’t extravagant bells and frills on this Christmas tree – simply traditional red and gold baubles, ribbons, and a classic star topper.
Pick out X’mas gifts at the atrium Christmas fair

Step into the atrium, which will host the Turtle Christmas Fair from 15th-28th December.

Before then, you could head down to Turtle at Basement 1 for a small selection of artificial trees, decor and accessories, but the fair will showcase an expanded range of products, including some that have been specially curated for the holiday season.
Let Red Cross help with gift wrapping

When you’ve picked out the gifts for your friends and fam, look for the gift wrapping counter at Level 1, right beside the atrium. Run by Red Cross Singapore, to save yourself the hassle of hunting down wrapping paper and figuring out how to wrap all those odd-shaped pressies you’ve bought.
Not only will this save you some headache, it’s all for a good cause too – it’s pay-as-you-please, and all proceeds will go to the Singapore Red Cross.
Spread the good tidings with the Salvation Army

Since we’re on the topic of the spirit of giving, the Salvation Army Christmas Kettling station can also be found in the atrium. This annual holiday fundraising tradition collects donations that will help to support the organisation’s social services programmes, bringing aid to the elderly, migrant workers, ex-offenders, and at-risk individuals amongst us.
On the 6th, 13th and 14th December 2025, the Salvation Army will also be holding Christmas performances at 5pm, while the Salvation Army Marching Band will play at 5pm on 7th December. If you haven’t made any plans for these dates, here’s something to get you in the festive mood.
Shop and redeem a mini luggage sling bag

And finally, here’s something for you – redeem a mini luggage sling bag, while stocks last, in black or silver when you spend $188 in a maximum of 3 same-day receipts.

Designed with pleather wraparound straps and an adjustable, removable sling, this little bag can also double up as a clutch, with 3 compartments, and a zippered section that’s perfect for coins and other knick knacks.
