Forget the usual abandoned hospitals and haunted houses. This time, you’ll be stepping into a radio station instead, in what’s billed as Singapore’s 1st radio-themed escape room.
The experience begins with you and your friends playing a group of new interns arriving for your first day of work at Mediacorp 987. A radio DJ welcomes you with a tour of the station, introducing you to its lively atmosphere and reassuring you that you’re in safe hands.
However, things take a sinister turn when night falls, and a citywide Purge begins. You’re instructed to stay inside the station for your own protection, but it isn’t long before you realise that the building might not be as safe as it seems.

With unexpected dangers lurking around the corner, you’ll have to rely on your teammates to solve puzzles, make quick decisions, and survive the night within 75 minutes; there’s little room for hesitation.
Live actors & elements featuring radio personalities
If you’re someone who enjoys a good jump scare, this experience will be right up your alley. The escape room falls under the thriller genre and features live actors who’ll up the ante and add an extra layer of suspense to your experience.
With a 5-star scare rating and 4-star difficulty rating, this isn’t exactly a walk in the park. You’ll need plenty of courage, teamwork, creative thinking, and the ability to keep your cool under pressure to make it through.
What makes the experience even more interesting is the involvement of 7 Mediacorp 987 radio personalities, who appear throughout the game through specially created audio and visual elements.
