The Garden by Afters Pastry in SKS City Mall
If you’re a JB weekend warrior, chances are you’ve already heard of or visited SKS City Mall, the city’s latest shopping haven. And after clocking all those steps exploring the mall, you’ll probably need a pit stop to refuel.
Instead of leaving the mall and booking a Grab to one of the new cafes in JB, pop by The Garden by Afters Pastry for a tea break that’ll have your camera and stomach equally happy.
What is The Garden by Afters Pastry?

The Garden lives up to its name with its lush, garden-inspired interiors. Created by Afters Pastry, the same bakery behind the now-shuttered Tea Room, the cafe feels like stepping into a Bridgerton tea party.
Expect elegant floral touches and vintage decor, and bask in the natural light streaming in through the skylight while you’re there.

A tea break is incomplete without some delectable desserts. Treat yourself to one of their many cake slices (from RM18, ~S$5.65), or nibble on their macarons (RM7/each, ~S$2.20), available in 6 different flavours. And if you want to try all the flavours, you can get 6 macarons for RM40 (~S$12.50).

For something more filling, The Garden also has a selection of savoury meals. There are a variety of options for toast lovers to enjoy, such as The Garden’s Sourdough (RM27, ~S$8.47) and a Truffle Mushie Melt (RM29, ~S$9.10).
