KKV Tiong Bahru Plaza
If you’re looking for a one-stop shop to bag everything from blind boxes to trendy douyin makeup, check out KKV’s first outlet at Tiong Bahru Plaza. The treasure trove of a lifestyle store carries pretty much every kind of product thinkable, and to top it all off, they’re all hella affordable too.
Before you head down to Tiong Bahru for a KKV haul, here’s a list of all the best products you’ve gotta cop.
What is KKV?

KKV is a Chinese lifestyle brand with over a thousand outlets in China, and a bunch more in countries like Bangkok and Malaysia. Its Tiong Bahru outlet is its first in Singapore, and had its grand opening just slightly over a month ago in May.
By the end of this year, the popular brand plans to open another 9 outlets around SG.
Hundreds of blind boxes, including Disney & anime figurines

Make space on your shelves for more figurines, ’cos you’ll definitely want to get your hands on some of the blind boxes at KKV.
Located right by the entrance, the rows upon rows of ling long were the first thing that caught our eyes, and we managed to spot familiar characters like Stitch ($15.90), Crayon Shin-Chan ($15.90), and One Piece ($17.90) figurines.

And, if you’re into fluffy bag-cessories like Labubu and Hacipupu keychains, you’re sure to fall for the selection of bag charms here, which include furry stuffed animals and dolls.
Giant plushies for under $20

The fluffy goods don’t end there – you’ll find shelves of colourful plush toys displayed all around the store, and trust us – they’re as soft and huggable as they are adorable.
Smaller toys are priced as low as $6.90, but it’s the huge ones that we find super value-for-money. For instance, this giant tulip cost just $17.90, and it’s big enough to double as a bolster too.
Aside from the usual animal plushies, we were also really drawn to their range of quirky alien characters that’d make for the cutest extraterrestrial snuggle pals.

For mini toys that you can hang on your bags, there’s also a section of smol stuffed keychains from $3.90.
DIY “Lego dupes” from $1.90
For more home decor, check out KKV’s section of affordable building blocks.

Some of our favourite finds include these gorgeous Lego flower dupes, which cost just $4.90/box, as well as affordable Petit Block sets, priced at just $1.90/packet. BTW, the latter can also be found at places like Daiso, but KKV is selling them for slightly cheaper.

If you want a larger set to display, we also spotted a whole range of fancier brick sets, including this Spongebob Patrick-themed ice cream shop ($13.90) one.
Handy electronics & exercise equipment

Besides all the cutesy stuff, KKV also sells essential goods like exercise equipment and affordable electronics.
Good deals to add to your cart include a yoga mat and yoga block for $19.90 and $4.90 respectively, as well as handy massage balls for $2.90.

In terms of electronics, you’ll be able to bag Apple Airpods and Airpods Max dupes for $32.90, and simpler wired earpieces for just $3.90. The store also carries tempered glass screen protectors for $3.90.
Popular Chinese snacks from $0.40

We can’t talk about KKV without mentioning its mouth-watering selection of Chinese snacks. If you’re a sucker for spicy stuff like us, you’ll go heart-eyes for the $2.90 suan la fen (hot and sour noodles), and $1.90 Sichuan spicy broad noodles.

For smaller tidbits, be sure to check out their mini snack bundle deal. For just $2.90, you’ll be able to purchase 7 sachets of snacks, including wafer biscuits, chips, and spicy dried fish strips.

Nearby, there’s also a crate full of $1.50 chips, like cheese rings and shrimp crackers.

For a pick-me-up, check out the drinks chiller that’s stocked with unique beverages like lychee soda ($1.50) and peach juice ($1.50).
Popular C-beauty cosmetics & $0.90 facial masks

Last but not least, KKV’s beauty section was definitely a personal highlight for us. The extensive range of C-beauty products is a fab treat for those of us who love keeping up with douyin makeup trends, and here, we spotted items from brands like Colorkey, Honeybeauty, Out Of Office, Shedella, and more.

There are a tonne of cosmetic products to browse through, but some prettily packaged and affordable ones we found include glossy lippies like this Colorkey one for $7.90, and $11.90 Shedella eyeshadow palettes.

If you need to replace crusty makeup brushes and puffs, KKV also sells sets of makeup sponges and cushions from just $2.90.

A couple of shelves away, there’s an entire section dedicated to face masks too – most of these cost just $1.90/packet, and target all kinds of skin problems.

We even found this funny range of $0.90 masks that’re supposed to rejuvenate your skin after a “drinking night”, “makeup day”, and “smoking day” – ideal for your post-clubbing skincare routine for sure.

Go on a shopping spree at KKV Tiong Bahru Plaza

KKV Tiong Bahru Plaza might not be as big as its 4-storey counterpart in KL, but it still manages to squeeze pretty much every type of lifestyle item you’d want into its spacious 1-storey store. If you’re looking for affordable goods, or on the hunt for Chinese snacks and makeup products that weren’t so readily available in SG before, expect to leave with a hefty shopping haul.
