A signature drink recommended by the shop is a unique concoction called cà phê khoai tím (VND39,000, ~USD1.57), also known as taro coffee.

It’s a colorful trio of creamy milk and bitter coffee combined with the nostalgic sweetness of taro, not often used as a drink ingredient.
