There are 4 ways to play the Miffy’s Merry Surprise game on the Frasers Experience (FRx) app. If you haven’t already, what you have to do is first download the FRx app (App Store | Playstore) to register as an FRx member for free.
From then on, every time you shop and dine at over 2,000 stores across the malls of Frasers Property, you can scan the FRx QR code in-store to earn points.
Once you’ve got the app on your phone, launch it to play the game where you’ve got 4 ways to play per day for a sure-win prize.
The most exciting prezzie is a trip for you and a plus one to the Netherlands to visit Miffy. Plus, you can get FRx Gift Cards, FRx Points, and retailer eVouchers to redeem at participating stores.
If you make payments through GrabPay (min. $60) and PayLater by Grab (min. $30) via the FRx app, a $10 FRx gift card will automatically be credited to your account.
To be eligible for a game play on Miffy’s Merry Surprise, spend at least $50 at Waterway Point before 25th December 2022. You can also get your Christmas shopping sorted via the Frasers eStore which features tech gadgets, home appliances, and skincare.
Alternatively, order takeaway and food delivery through Frasers Makan Master on the app. The app allows you to mix and match dishes from different restaurants and pre-order ahead of time. $50 spent on either of these platforms also grants you a chance to win a surprise gift and free delivery on all orders.
Window shoppers just walking through Waterway Point, keep your eyes peeled for the hidden Miffy stickers placed throughout the mall. Scan the QR code when you spot the correct Miffy of the Day featured on the app for a chance to win an instant reward.
Finally, those sitting at home can also participate in the game by answering a daily question on the FRx app. Psst.. some of the clues to the answer can be found on Waterway Point’s social pages.

On 10th and 11th December 2022, decorate your very own pinecone to hang as decor on your Xmas tree. All you have to do is spend $60 in a single receipt at any of the mall’s tenants or $120 at the supermarket to be eligible to register for a session. Spaces are limited to the first 40 FRx members.
There’s also a new Love, Bonito store setting foot at Waterway Point this December. From 28th November – 4th December, they will be setting up a playhouse at the Atrium with themed spaces and an enchanted garden with bicycle props worthy of the ‘Gram.
