You Can Earn Up To $75 In RedeemSG Supermarket Vouchers By Completing Walking Trails Around SG

Walking Trails@CDC

It’s been a good while since we’ve received our CDC and SG60 Vouchers, so it’s no surprise if you’ve already exhausted your reserve of handy vouchers. Well, we’ve got good news for those looking to tap into a new set of vouchers to save more money on their next grocery run.

The Community Development Council (CDC) – yes, the same CDC behind your $500 worth of vouchers – has recently launched another set of routes under Walking Trails@CDC this March. Through this new initiative, participants can earn RedeemSG vouchers that can be spent at major participating supermarkets islandwide; here’s all you need to know about it:

What is Walking Trails@CDC?

Walking Trails@CDC is an initiative launched by the 5 Community Development Council districts around Singapore in collaboration with GovTech Singapore. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 15 and above with a Singpass and CrowdTaskSG accounts will be able to experience Walking Trails@CDC and enjoy its rewards.

The new trails will lead you to some of Singapore’s most scenic spots, such as the
Stone Boat in Chinese Gardens.

The initiative will have participants embarking on physical trails around Singapore and completing various tasks at each checkpoint to collect a CDC Trail badge. These tasks can range from snapping pics of certain landmarks to answering trivia questions. Collect all 5 badges at 5 different checkpoints to complete the trail, and you’ll earn a $5 RedeemSG voucher for your hard work.

The tally for these playful birds refreshes each month, so don’t worry if they’ve all already been found.

Do keep an eye out for CDC’s adorable digital owl mascot, Ollie, during your hikes too. If you manage to spot all 6 of them on your phone’s map, you’ll receive an additional $10 RedeemSG voucher. As such, the total amount of RedeemSG vouchers you can earn for each trail is $15.

If we include last year’s trails, there are now 10 physical trails to conquer, but most of the rewards for the trails released back in 2025 have been claimed. However, if you manage to complete all the 5 new trails and find all 6 Ollies at each one, there’s a total of $75 worth of RedeemSG vouchers up for grabs.

Here’s a table showing the locations of all the trails, and approximately how long it takes to complete each one:

How to take part in Walking Trails@CDC?

One of the best aspects about Walking Trails@CDC is that you can do them at your own leisure; in other words, it’s completely OTOT. As such, round up a couple of friends who also want to clock in their daily steps and off you go. But first, you’ll want to make sure you first create an account on the CrowdTaskSG website by logging in with your Singpass account.

After that, tap on “Join quest” under the Walking Trails@CDC banner on the website, select your trail, and you’re all set. You don’t have to download any external app to begin your journey; BTW, you can only start the trails on your mobile devices and not on your computer.

Also, only the first 5,000 participants for each of the trails will be awarded the RedeemSG rewards upon completion. As of writing, the rewards for all 5 of the trails are still up for grabs, so you’ll want to lace up pretty soon before they are completely snapped up.

Where can I spend my RedeemSG reward vouchers?

Once you’ve completed a couple of trails, the RedeemSG reward vouchers will be automatically credited into your CrowdTaskSG account. When you’d like to spend them, they work exactly like how CDC and SG60 Vouchers do. Simply select the denomination you’d like to use, present the QR code to the cashier to scan and you’re good to go.

You can use your RedeemSG vouchers at most major supermarkets all across the country, such as FairPrice, Giant, Cold Storage, Prime, HAO mart, Ustars, and Sheng Siong. You can visit the RedeemSG website for the full list of supermarkets where you can use your vouchers at.

Last we checked, there are still over 4,000 RedeemSG vouchers up for grabs for each of the 5 trails, so be sure to nab them ASAP.
